There were roaches and bed bugs in the room, so I never slept there. It was completely uninhabitable. I reported it right away at the front desk, but they said I had to wait for a manager to get a full refund. With no other rooms available, I had to leave in the middle of the night and make my way back to New York. They're now refusing to give me a full refund, even though I never used the room. Serious pest problem and no accountability. Avoid this place at all costs. You can get a clean Hilton room for the same price.

We were woken by people being obnoxiously loud late at night, and at one point I heard what sounded like men arguing or fighting. People were smoking weed outside, and the smell came into our room. I felt really unsafe and uncomfortable, so we got up at 6 am and decided to leave. The area in MD didn't feel good either. The room was dirty, with hair in the tub and shower, and even though the bed was made, it and the pillows were uncomfortable. We went in winter, but the air conditioning was on when we arrived and the room was freezing. The worst $105 I've spent in my life.

The water shut off completely around 8:00 PM. There was none at the sink, toilet, or shower, which made the room unlivable, so I had to leave that night despite paying for the whole day and night. Before that, I'd paid extra for an early check-in, but the heater didn't work and the room was freezing. The phone was broken too, so I couldn't call the front desk for help. I called the next day, Monday 1/19/2026, and the manager was rude and unprofessional. He said, “When you checked in everything was working, and I know you took a shower during the day.” Am I not supposed to need a toilet or running water at night? They refused a refund despite the room being unlivable. This was one of the worst hotel stays of my life. Save yourself the stress and money, and avoid this hotel unless you want to freeze, go without water, and be treated disrespectfully.

All night there was noise from planes, trains, loud vehicle exhausts, people talking in the parking lot, and kids playing in the room above me. I arrived Thursday and left Monday, and there was no room service during that time. I got only two wash towels. The room was filthy: dirty sheets and pillowcase, a hole in the blanket, and beneath the bed looked like you could plant sweet potatoes. The sink clogged, the TV didn't work well, the refrigerator was broken, and there was no iron, toothpaste, or toothbrush. It took a full day for the room to heat up. One of the most horrible places I've ever stayed.
