I was there on a business trip. The bedding and bathroom were clean, though there was a food stain on the wall and spiderwebs elsewhere in the room. Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and there wasn't any toilet paper. I think the homeless guests were being housed in another part of the hotel, so it didn't affect me much.

We got our money back and left. The clerk was friendly and tried to help, but the building smelled strongly of pot and tobacco, there were hairs in the bed, and the lamp didn't work. The desk chair's surface was completely worn away. Outside, the parking lots had no lights and people were hanging around as if they had nowhere else to go. This place used to be nice; now it feels dirty, worn out, and neglected, like it's in its final days.

The location worked well for where I needed to go, but getting basic things like towels or any other service seemed impossible. The hallways smelled like urine, and the place felt like a homeless shelter. This was one of the most misleading hotel listings I've ever booked. I should've checked the reviews first. It was awful.

Our room was roomy and quiet, probably because there were hardly any other guests, but I found a disgusting pair of socks with yellow slime under the sink. We only had two bath towels for a room meant for four, and the fridge was tiny. No pool, hot tub, restaurant, or Netflix on the TV either. The housekeeper was the one bright spot. She worked really hard to get us what we needed and was so kind. At check-in, the clerk seemed overwhelmed and short-staffed. She sounded annoyed when I asked about the cot we'd requested, couldn't tell whether one was available or whether I'd have to pay, and gave us conflicting information after talking with housekeeping. She also made it clear she didn't like me asking about the cot, extra blankets, or towels. I don't recommend this place, but if the housekeeper sees this, she was the best part of our stay.

The hotel looked like it was barely hanging on, with poorly kept grounds and much of the place shut down. Because of staff shortages, there was no pool, gym, bar, restaurant, or anything else, and none of that was mentioned in the listing. In our room, the bathroom was dirty, with sticky residue on the counter and a gross bathtub. There was a huge hole in the wall. When we called down, they said they wouldn't charge us for it, but didn't offer another room. The curtains and table had large dried stains, the microwave was broken, and the main door lock didn't work. I noticed tape over one of the working cameras too. No idea why, but it was weird. We picked this hotel because the rates were more manageable during graduation. It was disappointing, especially since it seems like it used to be spectacular.
