The restaurant was a highlight for us, with really good steak and drinks at fair prices. We also loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the water. I’d been unsure about the place after seeing some online photos, but the friendly staff and welcoming feel changed my mind. The rooms have been updated while keeping a classic look, and the hot tub seemed much bigger in person. The outdoor pool was closed for the season, though it looked lovely beside the water. We’d like to come back in summer. This could become our new weekend escape.

We had a roomy, comfortable room and a lovely view of the lake. It was quiet, and the jacuzzi tub was great. Breakfast was good, though one yogurt I picked up had expired. The TV was a little awkward to see, but it worked well enough. Friendly staff, and a hard price to beat.

The room was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in, and the people who greeted us were consistently friendly. It could use an upgrade, though there were signs saying remodeling was underway. The price was great, and we’ll put this place on our list to visit again.

We came for a last minute overnight getaway and spent time by the pool and on the Boardwalk. The refreshed Boardwalk looks remarkable, and live music gave the place a great atmosphere. We had cocktails and an appetizer, with Nicky taking excellent care of us at the bar. Liane at the front desk was very welcoming too. The employees were friendly and worked hard throughout our visit. Our room wasn’t remodeled, but it was comfortable and clean. We had an amazing view over the lake, and we’re looking forward to seeing the Inn once the work is finished. We don’t come here for the room anyway. Breakfast had plenty of good options and was kept stocked. Pine Lake has been our regular spot, and it will stay that way.

Susan was a pleasant, helpful host, and the breakfast was delicious. We even took a dip in the pool. It’s a charming little bed-and-breakfast downtown, with everything within easy walking distance. The bed was so comfortable too. I highly recommend it, and we’ll be back soon.
