This was the second time my company put me up here. The first time, the internet didn’t work so I couldn’t watch TV. When I asked why, I was told the hotel was fully booked. This latest stay wasn’t much better: the water pressure on the second floor was poor, and a lot of the doors looked like they’d been broken into. As I was leaving, I overheard a management conversation that could have been handled better. The management staff may need some customer service training. At least I was working most of the time.

The room was clean and had a stove, microwave, and mini fridge, plus lots of vending machines. The price and location were both decent, and the tub had a handy bench, though it looked a little dated. The service was just okay at best. The main problem was that the room smelled like pee. I was there for work for the first time two weeks ago.

I had to leave a star to post this. The room was very small for the price and not suitable for an extended stay. The water never got hot enough to make steam, more like cold coffee, but I had to make do.

I made a reservation and called just to check that everything was okay. They told me I couldn’t bring my pets into the hotel room, then canceled my reservation. Now I’m driving with nowhere else to go.
