This hotel is disgusting. Bed bugs and cockroaches! They hide the bugs, lie about them, and still have the nerve to deny a refund. When my husband told them, they even tried to lock him out of his room. I’ll keep reporting this place. It needs to be shut down. This isn't okay. And any reviews above 2 stars have to be fake! I wanted to post video of bugs crawling around after they denied having them, but videos can't be posted.

The room and location were okay, but I won't return. I stayed for a week and a half, and the place didn't honor the price they'd initially quoted. Reception service was poor, and they didn't seem to care when I complained about the room's cleaning. The cleaner hadn't changed the linen, the bathroom was stained, and when I asked, she wouldn't clean or change the things I was concerned about. There was also too much noise from people in other rooms.

I had to stay here because Danny Herman Trucking books with them, and I'm appalled that a company like DHT would choose this place. My room had no fridge or microwave, and there wasn't even breakfast. The staff were rude, and it wasn't worth the money. I'll never stay here again. I hope DHT cancels its company agreement with this facility.

Dec 2025. A budget hotel in a handy spot, one block from Santa Ursula av. in the heart of Laredo and close to popular shopping centers. For $85 a night, the room and amenities were pretty decent: two queen beds, a TV, work desk, and free wifi.

The hallway had a horrible sewer smell, and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night on two nights in a row. They didn't even empty the room trash, and the bathroom shelf was coming away from the wall. Our window sill was dirty, with a piece of dried lettuce on it, and the mirror hadn't been cleaned. In the room there was no exhaust fan, fridge, microwave, breakfast, coffee, or tissues. Three buttons on the heater/AC were broken. We had just one washcloth, two towels, and a hand towel, and they wouldn't give us more until we brought one back. There was only one extra pillow in the whole hotel, and it took a while to get it. Even though it wasn't that full, they couldn't put our two rooms together or even on the same floor.
