My husband had a therapist working on him while I lay under the covers waiting, which felt awkward and uncomfortable. We’d booked a 90-minute couples massage for 11 a.m., but only one therapist was there when we arrived. The other didn’t show up until an hour and a half later. I stepped out to use the restroom, covered with the blankets, and as I was returning, she said she couldn’t find me. I was in the couples room the whole time, and there were only two rooms, so that was really upsetting. They offered us 20% off to make up for it, but the final bill was still $402. I was really disappointed. It was uncoordinated, the opposite of relaxing, and nowhere near worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Evenings by the shore fire pits and hammocks, time in the sauna, and a massage left me feeling refreshed. I also spent the days hiking, crafting, and enjoying the outdoors. The cottages were spotless and had everything we needed, and the restaurant on site served delicious meals. The views of Lake Superior and the service made the weekend feel special. I had such a wonderful stay at Larsmont Cottages on Lake Superior in Two Harbors, and I’m already hoping to go back. It’s a cozy getaway on the North Shore. 🌲🌊🔥🪵🥾🎨

The staff were pleasant and professional, and our stay felt so peaceful and relaxing. We’ll definitely come back, hopefully for a longer visit next time.

Direct access to the shore of Lake Superior is such a big plus. We love making our yearly trip to Larsmont and plan to keep coming back. I just wish we could afford to visit more often.

The fire pits right on the shore were an amazing experience, and the location is really scenic. Staff were friendly, the food was decent, and the rooms were clean and somewhat modern, with great amenities. We went to cedar coffee company in Two Harbors for coffee after it was recommended.
