Comfort Suites Las Cruces I-25 North

It cost quite a bit more than another hotel in town, but I felt it was money well spent. We had no noise complaints from our top-floor room. There's a business center for printing, free breakfast, and a well-stocked bathroom. They also try to be greener by using large soap bottles that are refilled as needed.

The room looked nice, but there was still trash around and the bed had body hair on it. The indoor pool was kind of dirty, too. Most of all, noise from the people above us, talking and walking around, kept us awake all night. We saw good reviews, but honestly I wouldn't stay here again.

Kayla made this a 100/10 stay with the way she treated me. I came in at the last minute after driving for 16 hours, exhausted and needing a break, and needed somewhere that could accommodate my cats. My husband normally watches them during work trips, but he's deployed overseas. I'd never stayed at a Comfort Suites before since my company usually books Hilton, and Kayla was kind, helpful, and understanding. She didn't judge me for being sleep deprived and really went above and beyond. You've got a gem in her. Thank you, Kayla!

The area felt safe, and I was happy with the room and how clean everything was. The Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow. Maybe downloads of podcasts are throttled, but I can't say for sure. I also hoped the price would be a little lower, though I wasn't disappointed with the stay.
