I’ve spent 55 days here over the past three years, usually staying a week or two at a time. Most visits, the room was clean and the service was good. This time, right after checking in, I found a black hair on two towels and in the bed. I also watched an employee clean during my stay. She flushed the toilet and then went straight to the bed and touched the pillows without washing her hands. I’d expect better cleaning policies.

We came for a soccer tournament and found the staff really friendly and helpful. The lobby had enough room for us to cater dinner for the team, and the larger fridge was a nice extra. Our room was clean and well kept, and the location worked great. I’d choose this hotel again.

We were in Las Vegas for a soccer tournament, and the fields were nearby. Our room fit six people and had a fridge and microwave. A good choice if you want to stay away from the main Strip. Breakfast was wonderful, and everyone was helpful.

Breakfast was probably the highlight. There were lots of fresh options, unlike at the Home2Suites in Oklahoma City, and the lively dining area made for a nice start to the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and clearly there to do their jobs. This was the last night of our 12-day drive from Washington DC to California. We’d mostly stayed at IHG properties, with the occasional Hilton, and were hesitant after our mediocre OKC experience. This hotel was such a joy that we’ve found our go-to in Las Vegas. The room was spacious and clean. We could hear our neighbors a little, though not enough to bother us. Maybe my morning cough bothered them! Our cat was happy because we could leave the shade open for him. The temperature controls worked and were easy to use. We’ll stay here again, sans cat.

The hotel felt calm, bright, and safe throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely maintained, with comfortable furnishings. The bathroom was spotless and had quality toiletries. The front desk staff were upbeat and welcoming from the start. There’s a handy water machine in the lobby, and breakfast was amazing. Being able to make fresh waffles ourselves was a great touch.
