There were dirty garments in the bottom drawer, and it fell apart. The stove was dirty, there were bugs on the ceiling, and dust everywhere. They provided no utensils for the amenities. People were smoking marijuana outside, even though this is a non-smoking property. I understand Nevada is illegal. I didn't unpack, I complained, and they refused to refund anything because it was nonrefundable. If you're willing to give up $300 for a disgusting place, that's the spot. The photos online are deceiving. Don't book or pay before you get there and see a room. I booked through Expedia, and now the hotel is off their website. They still refused to return any of my money, and Expedia wasn't helping either. After reading other reviews, I'll be contacting the Nevada health department.

The extra $250 charge after checkout, which we hadn't been told about or approved, made an already stressful stay worse. The hotel later said we'd made the room dirty. It felt like they were blaming us for problems that were there already and taking extra money from our card. When we called, the person at the front desk acted like a manager, wouldn't listen, and told us to dispute it with the bank instead of sorting it out. We stayed on Christmas night while traveling with our elderly parents, and at that late hour there was nowhere else we could find, so we were stuck. Our first room was dirty and stained, with maintenance problems. We reported it right away, but instead of properly fixing it, the front desk suggested another motel, despite it being Christmas and our family situation. They then moved us to a room that was only a little better and still unclean. This was unfair and very stressful. I'd urge people to be careful, especially at busy times when finding another place may not be possible.

The room was in awful shape: peeling floorboards and a filthy bathroom when we arrived. It didn't look like anyone was maintaining or cleaning it properly, and the quality was nowhere near acceptable for the price. I also noticed that the online rate was over $100 per night, while my receipt showed $85 for the same stay, yet I was charged the higher amount. It felt dishonest, and I suspect guests may be overcharged without noticing. After I left an item behind, I called to arrange shipping at my own expense. The person who said they were the manager refused, claiming policy prohibited shipments. I don't believe that explanation; it sounded like they couldn't be bothered or might keep or sell things guests leave behind. Between the pricing, the condition of the room, and the unprofessional service, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The place is a disgrace to hospitality. Stay somewhere else; even a car would be cleaner and more honest.
