Melanie, Tamika, and Xavier were upbeat and really pleasant. It's refreshing to get service with a smile these days. The property has a charming feel, is very clean, and is in a convenient spot near the strip. The prices are reasonable for the location. The rooms are a bit old, but I'd definitely come back and stay longer.

The pool is nice, but the place isn't affordable. They can kick you out if your pets aren't registered, and management watches residents and reports on them and their children. Is it worth it? No. I can't deal with managers who seem to have no soul. For them it's a job and a paycheck, but for you it's your life, your eviction, and your family. I'm giving one star because of the male manager. We lived here for months and things were going well, until life got difficult and money became tight. I always went to the office to explain what was happening. A few weeks before we left, the newest male assistant manager arrived. He spoke to me about not paying in the front area, loudly, while people were waiting to move in. He didn't take me to an office, even though my situation was private. It was embarrassing. After that painful conversation I held my head high and left. It felt like he was hired to push out people who struggle to pay, not because the place needed an experienced manager. Manor went up in price, and I've heard so many tenant complaints about him. I waited a while before writing because I'm still not sure how things ended up that way. The lady manager, though, was the kindest, sweetest person I've met. She helped me through a lot and was there for me as a person as well as a manager, even though I couldn't manage in the end. The place itself looks clean, and most workers are genuinely helpful. One exception was an older-looking, mustached security guard who tried to get my car towed because he didn't like where I parked. He put a sticker on it and called for a tow. I cleaned the sticker off and moved my car; the next time I saw him, he was smiling. Petty runs deep in Manor suites.

I couldn't wait to leave after a week. You hear everything through the walls, with people making noise day and night, and cigarette smoke came through too, leaving all my clothes stinking. I couldn't sleep because I felt strong vibrations from next door all night. The bed and furniture were disgusting, and the old appliances barely worked. For a dump like this, the prices are outrageous. You've been warned.

My boyfriend had a locksmith class to attend, and I drove 1,000 miles to lie in the sun by the pool because it's freezing in Washington right now. He'd booked our stay a month ahead, but when I arrived they told me the pool was shut down. That was literally the only reason I made the drive. They could at least have emailed us. We didn't finish our stay, and I wouldn't stay there again.

A friend was staying there temporarily in a fairly large one-bedroom with a kitchen. It was dated and a little pricey, though the location may explain the cost. They enforce the no-smoking rule in rooms strictly, so you don't have to deal with stale cigarette odor. There seemed to be plenty of outlets, but I'm not sure they were placed conveniently. I didn't rate the service since I didn't interact with the staff. It seems like a good choice for a temporary stay.
