OYO Oasis Motel Las Vegas I-15

At the smoke shop attached to the motel, the worker told me my total was $8.66, so I unlocked my debit card for that amount. It declined twice. When I checked what he was actually charging, the amount was $3 higher than what he’d quoted. I asked if there was a debit fee, and he said no. When I asked why the charge was higher, he got angry and told me to shop somewhere else if I thought he was stealing. He then suggested trying his own card to see if it would get charged the same, implying my bank was the issue. I said he should try it, since he’d brought it up, and he got mad about that too. The worker should be investigated.

I was staying at Oyo Hotel and Casino and wanted to add another night. The front desk employee told me to book online. I showed her the hotel listing and she confirmed it was the right one, but I accidentally booked this hotel instead. I called right away, within three minutes, and explained what had happened to several people. They still refused to refund me, saying they needed 24 hours’ notice. I don’t know how I could have given 24 hours when I cancelled just minutes after booking. They could see it was an obvious mistake, but customer service was awful and nobody helped. I feel ripped off, and I understand why this place has bad reviews.

Cheap and maybe a little sketchy-looking, but it’s super chill. They’ve got the Bobby hill purse vapes and those cool zenggaz torches.

I’m really impressed with oasis motel. I’ve been using it in Room No. 8 and it’s worked wonders. The formula is gentle but effective, and quickly helped with dryness and itchiness. It’s good for sensitive skin and has become a staple in our room. Highly recommend!
