Suncoast Hotel and Casino

This was a pleasant surprise and worked perfectly for our soccer weekend. The field was only minutes away, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and all the restaurants in the hotel were really good. It was also nice having a movie theater and bowling alley right there.

I’m comfortable here every time, and they’ve been making a lot of improvements. I haven’t tried the rooms myself, though I’ve heard good things. Service at a few of the restaurants has been rough lately. Management seems on top of it, so I’m expecting things to improve.

After a few days on the Strip, a night or two at Suncoast feels like a welcome change. It’s more relaxed, the staff are friendly, and other guests smile and say hello. Everything from coffee and water to meals costs noticeably less than on the Strip, and parking is free. The hotel has plenty on site too, including a Starbucks, restaurants, a bowling alley, and a movie theater. The rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. Sure, the rooms and casino feel dated, but the place is clean and everything works, which is what I need. It’s an older property, but it still has a lot going for it.

When our rental car battery died on checkout day, I called the front desk and security came to jump it in under three minutes. Both the desk clerk and guard were quick, friendly, and helpful. That’s the kind of service we got throughout our stay, and everyone was kind to us. The rooms are average for now, though renovations are underway. The casino area was nice, and there’s also a movie theater, bingo hall, and bowling alley. The hotel and casino were clean. We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend the place. We’ll consider coming back.
