We spent five weeks in an Airbnb condo on the 11th floor and loved it. Nights are noisy, so bring earplugs, but there are loads of great bars and restaurants. This is the Vegas we enjoy. The rooftop pool is heated, and most days I had it to myself. There's a great gym and community room too. You can walk everywhere, or stay in, cook, and relax with drinks and snacks. Hopefully we'll be back.

The Ogden still has a great view of the Strip, but looking out at it now means seeing gunshots, glass-covered streets, snobby neighbors, homelessness, and an atmosphere that's almost unlivable. I hope this phase passes quickly, though I have my doubts. I moved from San Diego straight into The Ogden after a Vegas weekend speaking at sxsw v2v, meeting Tony Hsieh, and being introduced to the downtown project. At first, the modern comforts seemed like perplexingly good value. Over the years, I grew to love DTLV and The Ogden. Santa run, Mint 400, Cannabition, ZowieBowie on Fremont, the Market and deli, life is beautiful, all the people, connections, and mind-bending fun. I won't go into how so much of that deteriorated or disappeared, replaced by lifeless versions of what used to be an interesting, social Ogden, now grumpy, pretentious, nosey, and invasive. Tony 🙏 You'll always be missed. ✌️dtlv ✌️Ogden

The other security guards are great, but the old woman on security is rude and keeps harassing tenants' guests. I've had several unpleasant encounters with her over the two years my boyfriend has lived here. Get your own parking pass, or she'll argue with you in the lot and accuse you of writing the slips yourself. Honestly, how is she supposed to protect anyone in the building? They need a real security guard.

The condos are nicely built and equipped, and the door staff are pleasant. Parking is convenient, with a downtown location nearby.

An awesome place to live. Many of my customers move here, and even more move to a bigger unit within the building. They all love the lifestyle and nightlife downstairs, with live music and entertainment. One customer walks their dogs each night, stopping to listen to the shows and enjoy the people. I'd recommend buying here as a home or vacation home anytime.
