The pool service left me disappointed. A woman who works there, especially on weekends, often responds to requests with an unpleasant expression and an unfriendly attitude. It makes me uncomfortable and affects the experience of guests using the facilities. I hope the situation can be reviewed and the customer service improved.

When I visited, the pool service was disappointing. The older woman in charge of towels spent most of the time sitting and didn't seem eager to help. I waited longer than expected for assistance, and she wasn't very friendly. Customer service there needs to improve, especially on busy Saturdays and Sundays.

I've never stayed at a hotel this clean. The staff are really nice, and the other guests were kind and respectful. Great location too, and you can get around by Uber or Circuit if needed for a very affordable price.

The individual condos have well-equipped kitchens, and the resort is beautifully and meticulously maintained. It's in a great spot close to shopping and restaurants. Since the building is only three floors, you can walk straight from your condo onto the beach.

The king-bed one-bedroom units have everything you need, and the bed and sheets are extremely comfortable. There's a full kitchen, so it's easy to pick up groceries and make meals. Costa Del Sol is right on a gorgeous beach in a sweet, safe little town, with lots of restaurant choices and fun things for kids. It's a great family resort. The resort generously provides Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas for wonderful beach days. My one suggestion is adding more umbrellas by the pool. Five stars, and we'll be back next year. Our family who came with us feels the same, and we're already planning our plane tickets.
