Ocean Treasure Beachside Suites

We were only about a block from shops and lots of restaurants, and roughly five miles from busy downtown Fort Lauderdale, close enough to visit without paying those high room prices. I really recommend this small boutique motel. Our room felt like a little apartment, with large rooms, a good-sized fridge, and a two-burner stovetop. The shower was enormous, easily big enough for three adults. Every room has an ocean view, and the water is only steps away. There was off-street private parking, an ice maker, a couple of beach towels, bicycles to use, plenty of outdoor lounging spots, an outdoor sand-rinse shower, a nice pool, and a grill. I spent five days there recently and was so pleased with the place and the area.

The private beach area is roped off and comes with chairs and beach toys, and there's a great pool too. We had a clean, updated, nicely sized room with a kitchenette. The staff were the friendliest, and the hotel sits right on the beach with everything within walking distance. Honestly, it's the best hotel we've stayed at in Lauderdale. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, lol, but I can't recommend it enough.

Johnny was the standout for us. His customer service was gold star from beginning to end, and he has us eager to return. I loved our time at Ocean Treasure: the rooms were great, and both the direct beach access and private beach area were amazing. They also had everything for a beach trip, including coolers, an umbrella, and activities for kids.

We had such a good stay at Ocean Treasure, and Johnny took care of us from the start. Before we arrived, the third-party booking app caused a problem, but he sorted it out and kept the same room at the same price. He called the day before to ask when we'd get in, so the room could be ready even if we arrived before regular check-in. At check-in he explained the amenities and invited us to call if anything came up. He was so friendly. When we checked out, he even cleaned the sticky salt air off the rental car windows and back windshield without us asking. The room was cute and clearly had been updated with care. The beach gear was really useful, and the fridge was huge compared with most hotel fridges. We keep talking about how perfect the experience was, and we'll definitely recommend it and come back.
