The hot tub was relaxing, and the pool was just the right size. My room is always so clean when I come here. At check-in, the front desk associate greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome with professional, friendly service. I’ve stayed twice now and am always impressed by the hospitality, cleanliness, and how beautiful the property is. I didn’t try breakfast, though it looked delicious from what I saw. Keep up the great work!

The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and very clean, and breakfast is well above standard. I go out of my way to stay here because the staff make things feel like home. Even a late night check-in is easy, and when the Bonvoy app gets confusing, the management team sorts it out. That helpful manner and body language take a lot of stress out of the experience. I’ve seen the same kindness from every employee I’ve met and spoken with. This property sets a high bar for service and attention to detail. It deserves a “Feels like home” Inn name, and Marriott could learn from these people how to create loyal customers through kindness and service. Congratulations, Laurel Montana Fairfield Inn.

My wife Alice and I stayed here for the first time, and we loved the place. Everyone on staff was great. I can’t recall the front desk guy’s name, but he was so helpful. Thanks to all of you. I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay. It was quiet and close to everything, and the staff were kind, courteous, and accommodating. The breakfast spread was amazing, and we really liked the spacious, gorgeous bathroom and shower. The pool and hot tub were great too.

The hosts were great and the whole visit was a positive experience. Newer place, with clean, quiet rooms. Wifi worked really well, and the TV had good streaming access.
