I accidentally left my pillow behind after checkout, and the staff kindly mailed it back to me. That extra help meant a lot. Everyone I dealt with was welcoming and very kind, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I had a pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn in Laurel, MS, and would definitely return.

The milk at breakfast gave me pause. It was in a gallon carton sitting in a bowl of ice rather than a refrigerated dispenser, and it seemed to be left out for several hours. The carton looked the same on Saturday and Sunday mornings, so I wasn’t sure it was staying cold enough and hesitated to drink it Sunday. Otherwise, I had a very good three-night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Laurel, Mississippi. My room was comfortable and quiet at night, and the staff were great. The hotel is handy for downtown. Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn spread from 6 to 10 am, with a hot meal, oatmeal, cereal, toast, fruit, juice, milk, and coffee.

The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a choice of pillow types. The shower pressure was strong, and the parking area was clean and well lit. Check-in was quick, and Shannon was pleasant. Breakfast was the standard selection.

I spent 14 days here for work and had a great stay. The location is handy, close to the highway and near a Buffalo Wild Wings. Everything feels new after the recent renovation, and the rooms were sparkling clean with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was good.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. But the breakfast is still very poor, with few choices, and the coffee is awful. Don’t plan on eating here or having a coffee. Local TV isn’t really an option either, since the TVs use internet service, or you can stream from your phone if you have an Apple app.
