Quality Inn & Suites Lawrence - University Area

We had a suite with three queen beds, which worked perfectly for our group, and the location was amazing. The staff were great, too. The room was dark and dated, though it seemed fairly clean. The shower wasn't draining, but we reported it late at night and it was fixed by morning. Scratch marks all over the bottom of the bathroom door looked like an unhappy pet might have been shut in there, which was odd. The pool wasn't the cleanest, and breakfast got repetitive over three days. We had a good enough stay that I'd come back for the location, but if you want somewhere bright and clean feeling, this probably isn't it.

We checked in early in the morning after a long drive and an unexpected trip. There was pee on the floor, blood in the shower, and brown stains all over the bedding. The room had no pillowcases or towels. Staff were lying around in the lobby and spoke to us very casually. They seemed surprised when we came back to report the room's condition. I wouldn't recommend this place, and I won't give them my money again.

Rocky was the best host. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and smelled good, and breakfast had plenty of food and a nice variety. Great location too. Thanks, guys 🍀👍

Our stay was terrible, and I don't know who gave this place a good cleanliness review. The lobby smelled like old air fresheners trying to cover something up. We stayed in a separate building like an old motel, and it smelled even worse. I think a dog had marked up the room because it smelled terrible throughout. The comforter was torn and the sheets were past their useful life. The bathroom layout made the toilet paper impossible to reach because it was behind the door, which couldn't be closed while you were on the toilet. There was mold in the tub and on the ceiling, and the tub wouldn't drain, either.
