The breakfast was included and had a big range of hot and cold options. The cook was working hard but could’ve used more help, and I can’t resist a good waffle maker. Downstairs coffee was much better than the coffee in the room, where the maker wasn’t very good. The in-room towels were small and flimsy and need replacing. We also didn’t get maid service while we were out, so I went to the desk at night for clean towels and coffee for the morning. The worker was polite, though I felt they could’ve done a bit more. The rooms were updated and clean, and we were very happy with our stay. We’d stay again if we’re in town.

We had no negatives to report. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the staff were consistently nice and helpful. Shampoo and conditioner are mounted in the shower, and they smell nice. The breakfast buffet had eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, plus cereal, pancakes, yogurt, fresh fruit, and a good fruit salad. It’s a handy spot for visiting a military family member, close to dining and an easy 8-10 minute drive to Fort Sill. We also enjoyed watching prairie dogs play in the field.

The free breakfast alone was worth getting up for. The rooms seemed recently updated, very clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds. It was quiet overall even though the hotel is near the interstate.

It was $200 a night plus a $100 deposit, and the place was horrible. There was food on the carpet, shed hair at the head of the bed on the box spring, what looked like light blood spots on the toilet seat, pubic hairs on the lid, and a nasty back of the bathroom door. The manager said they don’t pull back the box spring to clean under it. She admitted it wasn’t acceptable, but said they don’t do that. She called later and asked me to list the problems so housekeeping could clean them the next day. When we returned, the beds were still unmade, the hair was still there, and the door had only been half cleaned. Housekeeping said they didn’t have supplies to remove the hair, and that they only pull the sheets up when making beds. I gave up. The service was low tier, and I wish I could upload the pictures. My son was graduating from basic training and said we should’ve gotten an Airbnb. Just a suggestion for anyone else.

I checked in around 1:30 a.m. and told the front desk I was short on money after long hotel stays. The receptionist said I could put half the deposit on my card and half in cash, so I could get $50 back at checkout. There was no late checkout available. Sunny said it was because of the housekeepers and offered only 15 minutes. I went past that, checking out at 12:45 after the 12 o’clock checkout time. Sunny said he’d charge me $50 because I’d stayed late and there were no housekeepers. I saw housekeeping still there. I said fine, but asked for my other $50 in cash back. He said the cash would be kept and I’d get $50 on my card in 7-10 days. He was cold when I asked why, wouldn’t let me speak to a manager, and told me to call the Choice hotline. The hotline said the hotel could charge the $50 to my card and give me my $50 cash back. Sunny said he didn’t want to do that and the hotel chose how to handle it. I was homeless and really needed my cash, but left without the $50 I believed I was owed at checkout. He’d said the charge was because the housekeepers had already left, yet we saw more coming up the elevator as we walked out. Poor customer service, don’t chance it.
