On my first night, I got some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen at a hotel. I was greeted warmly, and both the lobby and my room smelled great. There was even complimentary tea. When I mentioned a minor concern at the front desk, a manager and staff member took care of it themselves right away. I’d expected to wait and wasn’t sure anyone would address it during my stay, so I felt respected and cared for. I’m grateful to the two women who helped me. I hope they’re appreciated, commended, and compensated for their efforts. Beautifully done, AJ and Shelby. My sincere thanks, Keith Chase.

The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious, super clean, and well decorated, and the full sized fridges were spotless. There were ceiling fans in the kitchenette and the location was convenient. We had amazing juice, delicious waffles, and really good coffee that wasn’t too strong or burnt. But breakfast had no cream cheese or jelly, and the toast was too big for the toaster. When we arrived from st louis at 10:50 pm, the front door was locked with no sign or attendant in sight. My bf knocked and tried the door for about three minutes before a woman came to the desk and pressed a button to let him in. Before he could say anything, she told him in an aggravated tone to keep his room key for entry. He said he would have one if we'd checked in. She didn’t apologize or say anything. The thermostats in both rooms our pairs booked were off. We couldn’t even turn on the fans, and it stayed at 74°, so my bf couldn’t breathe all night. There was no conditioner, so my fellow Irish curly girlies should bring their own. The shower gel and shampoo dispenser lids kept popping off when we tried pumping them, and the tub had rust spots and wouldn’t drain, leaving you standing in dirty water.

My wife, our little chihuahua, and I spent many days and nights at MySuites Lawton from around June 2025 to January 2026 while our son was ill. We stayed at several hotels in Lawton, OK, during his illness, from June 2024 to January 2026, and MySuites Lawton was the best we found. It was clean, a good value, and in an excellent location. Breakfast was decent, and coffee was available 24 hours. The hotel is pet friendly, and General Mgr. Travis and the staff were very friendly. Having a Police Department next door felt reassuring, and there are a couple of restaurants next door within walking distance. We certainly recommend MySuites Lawton!

The front desk staff were very nice, but the room itself was run down, and the pictures are deceiving. Don't book the first floor. We saw dead crickets in the room, dark hair around the toilet, and stains on the bathroom floor that I cleaned myself. The bathtub drain was rusty and slow, so the water stood about three inches deep during a shower. The ceiling looked like a child had tried to finish it with a drywall blade. There was no cleaning service during our three days, and I had to go to the desk for towels. Breakfast was limited, so we just got coffee to start our days. I also saw a homeless person walk in, take cereal from the breakfast bins, and leave. Don't waste your money here.

The manager was nice and tried to accommodate us. He let me look for another place for a short time, then gave me a refund when I didn't want to stay after seeing the room. The outside looked new, but the rooms seemed 30 years old, with a beer bottle on the windowsill, rusty bathroom faucet, dingy tub, battered old furniture, and a sunken sofa bed. The room was immediately nasty to me. The photos in the ad don't match the rooms. It cost $255 for two nights and included a small kitchenette, which wasn't too bad. We went down the street to Sleep Inn, but that was a miss too and cost twice as much, lol. You live and learn. After this hotel experience, I'm leaning toward an Airbnb next time. The revenue there is built from good reviews individually, and every one I've stayed in has been nice and clean. If you want a top notch hotel like the Marriot or Hilton, they were sold out. We were in town for my son’s graduation.
