Days Inn by Wyndham Lebanon

The rooms were really nice, with soft, clean white sheets and very comfortable beds. What stood out most, though, was the front desk team. They were friendly and professional in a way I’ve rarely experienced. Thanks, Days Inn of Lebanon TN, for a great stay. I’d recommend this place to friends and family.

We only planned on one night, but ended up staying for two because the room was comfortable and did what we needed. The manager and staff were courteous and attentive. I left some personal items behind, and the manager went out of her way to send them to me in Minnesota, trusting me to pay back the shipping cost. I’d probably stay here again.

I was so uncomfortable that I got dressed and checked out without even taking a shower. At 10:10, while I was brushing my teeth in front of the mirror with no clothes on, a man opened my door with a key even though the deadbolt was on. He apologized but stayed in the room instead of leaving and closing the door. Check-out wasn’t until 11. The room had been disgusting all night, too: the toilet wouldn’t flush, the AC didn’t work, and dead bugs were scattered across the floor, including a huge spider.

The room was dirty, there was no cable on the TV, and breakfast was a joke. This hotel is crap. We won’t come back or recommend it to anyone. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give.
