It’s very convenient for restaurants. We could walk out the side door and head straight to the Logan's next door. The hotel and our room were clean, and the room was cleaned with fresh towels while we were out each day. It was quiet with no traffic noise, and the staff were very friendly, especially the woman who checked us in. We’ll stay here again if we’re in Leeds.

It’s a very quiet spot, and both the room and the rest of the place smelled clean. What brings it down for me is the coffee. It’s instant, made by running hot water through powder in a machine, and it’s a poor substitute for real coffee.

The free breakfast is top notch, and the rooms are clean. The staff were extremely friendly too. We stayed somewhere else on our road trip and regretted it, so seriously, stay here instead.

The cable TV was fine, though the TVs aren’t smart TVs, so there’s no Netflix or Prime. Some of the towels also felt like they were made of a strange material and didn’t dry very well.

We travel here to visit my sister, whose house is half a mile away, so the location works perfectly. The room is always clean, and the staff are very nice and accommodating to what we need.
