Best Western Plus Lees Summit Hotel Suites

Michael at the front desk made our stay. He remembered all three of our names and was welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly hardworking. When we asked where to eat or where I could take my grandson for his birthday, he had helpful ideas, including the chicken fried chicken next door and ways to save money. Those little things really stood out. The place was clean, quiet, and beautiful, and breakfast was great, especially the waffles. We had a blast, and I’ve already told everyone about our best staycation. Thanks so much 🫶🫶🫶

We enjoyed the pool during our Christmas holiday stay. The rooms were okay for what we needed, though they could use some TLC, and there were problems with staff and housekeeping. Several of the maids were unpleasant, and breakfast, which is supposed to open at 0600, started late more than once. On our last day in Lee's Summit I found a bug in the coffee maker. We travel a lot and use Best Western often, so I see this as a bump in the road rather than something that represents every Best Western. It's a typical Best Western hotel. Plotted..Scouts Out.

We were driving through to KC and just needed somewhere to crash. We booked through a third party and got a great deal. The hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk was very helpful. There was a fancy coffee machine available. They offered breakfast, though we didn't eat.

Even with the hotel full, it was a quiet, comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed felt good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's easy to get to and in a nice area, so I'd stay here again. A bathroom fan that worked would be about the only other thing I'd ask for.
