The entrance and check-in looked lovely, but that was a facade. This place was dirty and way overpriced. I paid extra to bring my pet, then was asked not to use the elevator with it. There were partly used bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion left for me. I cleaned blood splatter off the wall with their washcloth. Three men were doing mechanic work in the back parking lot where I was directed to park. My only chair was worn and had ripped faux leather, and many windows needed repair. The whole stay felt dirty and ghetto. If you want me to take this down, reply here with a phone number so I can contact you about a partial refund for the awful experience.

The room smelled moldy. Within 15 minutes I was sneezing, had a runny nose and watery eyes, and a stomach ache and headache. I managed about four hours of sleep before it became unbearable, so I went to my car for the rest of the night. I started feeling better there and got a few decent hours of sleep. When I went back to the room to get my things, I felt bad again within 15 minutes. I didn’t ask the staff for help since I was only there for one night. The bed was terrible too. I’ll never stay there again because it feels like a health and safety risk.

Blood on the walls, one bed missing its bed skirt and the other not made properly. It was an awful stay, the worst place I’ve ever been. There was only one outlet to charge a phone or other device, unless you moved furniture around to find another. I won’t give this place my business again.

The cleaning ladies are extremely nice, but I can’t recommend this hotel. Over several months I stayed here multiple times, for at least 22 days altogether, and paid full price each time despite the pool being out of order, broken ice machines and vending machines, a room phone that didn’t work, a missing blow dryer, and a refrigerator that wasn’t functioning. On a recent visit, I paid for one night and planned to use Choice Hotels points for the next. The hotel charged me anyway, even though they knew the second night was a free one redeemed with points. Choice confirmed the charge was wrong. I called the hotel and was told a manager would call about a refund, but nobody has contacted me. Customer service is horrible. Breakfast is unsuitable too, usually with everything gone, even though they should know to have food ready for guests. I’ve repeatedly asked at check-in for a price reduction when things I paid for were missing from my room, and was laughed at and told that’s not how it works. I’ve given them plenty of chances to make things right, but they haven’t. People should know this hotel and staff seem shady and lack honesty and integrity. Staff are often sitting in the breakfast area eating and watching videos when they should be cleaning. Don’t trust the misleading photos, everything needs updating.
