The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast tastes great. The staff are always kind and ready to help. I especially appreciate that they let me bring my pet for a small fee.

We left within 20 minutes of checking in. The front desk offered to move us, but that didn't solve the problem for us, and we felt the whole place was disgusting. The room door wouldn't close all the way or seal, which made us feel unsafe. On top of that, the room smelled overwhelmingly of weed from guests below us. We'd booked a king room advertised with a pull-out bed for three people, but it was only a standard chair, so there was nowhere comfortable for the third person to sleep. A complete waste of time and money. Stay somewhere else.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Katherine, and the price was decent for a night’s rest. The bed was somewhat comfortable, but this is a motor lodge, definitely not a Hampton. The place looked clean at first, then seemed disgusting on closer inspection: rusty, old furniture, an outdated, worn chair, and a smell of bug spray and cigarette smoke. I didn't find bedbugs when I checked, and believe me, I looked. The upstairs steps were crumbling and dangerous, and the bathtub had pubic hairs all around the edges, so I had to rinse it before showering. If you're stuck, stay here, but if you can find another place, run.

The customer service here was unbelievable, from housekeeping to Tiss at the front desk on the day shift. I'd recommend this place to anyone in Leesville, LA.
