Having a stove in the suite inspired me to make my husband and me a steak dinner: baked potato, sauteed mushrooms and onions, plus Caesar salad. It turned out incredible. The suite had a full size refrigerator, a miniature stove, cookware, and a full size dishwasher. We stayed multiple times, and getting fresh towels was easy. They had a different breakfast menu each morning, and there were restaurants and other services within walking distance. The hotel was nice, but I can't give it five stars because they put us beside rooms with dogs twice. The first room was next to barking dogs, with a clear dog sign outside, so we refused it. The hotel was practically empty, with only one or two cars in the lot, so I didn't understand why we were assigned that room. The second room was next to another dog room too. We didn't hear barking from there, but being placed beside a dog room again bothered me. I like dogs, though I love cats more.
Hi, it’s Trampoline the dog, first time staying in a hotel and a serious nap fan! The quiet halls were great for snoozing, and everyone was so nice. The whole place felt fresh and cozy. Outside, there was a little spot to sniff around and do my business, with bags and a bin ready for my human to clean up. Very classy! That bed was so comfy I sank into it and didn't want to move. I might've snored a bit, sorry, Mom. Breakfast smelled amazing every morning, with eggs, waffles, and coffee. My tail wagged just watching everyone enjoy it. For my first hotel trip, four paws up! Thanks for making my first adventure such a dream. I can't wait to come back. Love, Trampoline the Traveler
The bed was really comfortable, and my room was super clean. It was also very quiet at night, and the customer service was excellent. I enjoyed my stay a lot and would definitely come back if I'm ever in Lebanon, TN.
My daughter and I were traveling alone for business, and even though we'd read positive reviews and had a reservation, I didn't feel safe once we arrived. People were sitting outside and playing in the parking lot. As we got out, three people stared at us until I spoke first. A woman came out from the back office at check-in and did the same. My intuition said to find another hotel, so we left. I wouldn't recommend this place to women traveling alone or in a group. That's my opinion, but I felt very uncomfortable. It's at a dead end, with two other hotels within walking distance. Owners, please hire 24 hour security. Hard pass. I also read Zoinks's review about a man entering their room at night with a key, apparently expecting them to be asleep. He only left after they yelled. The reviewer said it couldn't have been a simple wrong-room incident because he didn't immediately leave when he saw someone inside. They also said the front desk claimed the cameras hadn't shown anyone entering. That's the kind of thing I feared might happen to my daughter and me if we'd stayed. Update, 7/17/25: I appreciate the GM responding. I read the positive reviews when I booked and expected this to be a good fit. What I described only happened once we got there, and I followed my instincts and left. Guest safety needs to be discussed, since very few reviews mention it. If you have 24 hour security, make sure they're visible. I didn't see any while we were there. In the review I mentioned, the guest said she couldn't view the footage or that there wasn't any. The alleged incident happened on the property, and business owners must protect guests and their property. Had I been in that situation, I would not have returned. The place needs to be more secure.
Amanda greeted us with a smile as soon as we came in. The lobby looked really nice and was exceptionally clean, and our room was clean too. Breakfast was great. Amanda and Curvin were both so friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Thanks for giving us such a clean, comfortable stop on our trip. I'd highly recommend it, and I'd stay again if I'm back in the area.
