Comfort Inn Lehi - Thanksgiving Point Area

We found 3-4 bed bugs in our room within about 15 minutes, late at night during a one-night stay in January 2026. We reported it right away, but were told nothing could be done without proof and asked to wait for housekeeping until morning. We didn't feel safe staying, so we checked out close to midnight and found another hotel on short notice. We did get a refund, but the way this was handled was disappointing and made an already stressful situation worse. Afterward, we spent hours checking our luggage and washing all our clothes to avoid an infestation. I hope management looks at how reports like this are handled late at night. Guests need reassurance and safety in those circumstances.

After staying here for years, I was put on the do not rent list. I only had questions about a room and tried speaking with the general manager, who was very rude. The rooms aren't that great either. Don't waste your money here.

The room smelled, the carpet was stained, and the price was too high. The front desk clerk was rude, and the room I'd requested wasn't available, even though I'd spoken to Dave before arriving and he said everything would be ready. I don't recommend it.

The general manager argued with me about staying with pets, saying the hotel wasn't pet friendly and that guests with dogs could not stay more than three nights. He said dogs and pets smell and that he wouldn't allow anyone to stay longer, even if the dog was a service animal. The hotel has notices saying it isn't pet friendly on every door and window and on every counter. He accused me of breaking the hotel's policies by overstaying with pets. I will be escalating this because he violated my disability rights and my daughter's rights. From previous posts, this seems to have happened repeatedly.
