The main drawback is hearing footsteps from upstairs because the ceiling joists don't seem to be insulated well. If you have Marriott status, I'd call in a favor and ask for the 4th floor. Everything else has made this my favorite Courtyard by Marriott in the entire US. The recently updated rooms feel fresh and modern. The bistro is excellent, and Cameron, the manager, is doing a great job. His support staff, including Kings Edwards, are top-notch too. Annabelle at the front desk is sweet and capable; she went out of her way to find me another night when I needed one. The gym is small but clean and fully functional, especially when fewer than four people are using it. I also really enjoy the outdoor fire pit and hot tub. Highly recommend this property!

This location has friendly, attentive staff, clean rooms, and quick highway access. I'm a loyal Marriott guy, so I may be biased, but I'm rarely disappointed with what they offer. This Courtyard has the comfortable, relaxing feel that Marriott usually delivers.

The $7 parking fee was perfectly fine given the number of businesses nearby. Our room on the 4th floor was cozy, away from the elevator, and quite pleasant on New Year's Eve day. Annabelle/Annabeth checked us in with such a sweet, efficient manner and thoroughly explained which amenities were available during our stay.

The service is what really sets the Marriott Lehi at Thanksgiving Point apart. Althea at the desk went above and beyond to help at the last minute while I was dealing with challenging travel, and Jennifer in the bar and kitchen was kind and super helpful. A couple of other people also made the stay really enjoyable. The rooms and location were great and met typical Courtyard standards.

We'd planned to stay for two nights, but ended up staying five. We're Hilton Diamonds and usually stay with Hilton, but the room, meals, and amenities here convinced us to cancel our planned move. The clean, well-maintained room even had good shower pressure. The hotel and location were great, and the staff made the biggest difference: the front desk teams were friendly and well trained, breakfast staff were gracious and accommodating, and the bar was a nice touch. One small hassle: Google Maps sends you to the rear entrance. Go directly from N Thanksgiving way instead, next to 7-11.
