Holiday Inn Exp & Sts-Lehi - Thanksgiving Point

Jamie and Jayden made a great first impression when I arrived at the front desk, and the place was clean and organized throughout. We live near Salt Lake City and stayed overnight before an early family event in Lehi, since my spouse has mobility issues and we wanted to avoid a last-minute rush. The reasonable price and good reviews drew us in, and we were pleasantly surprised. Our accessible room had enough space, and the amenities and bathroom worked well for both of us. I could shower without stooping, and my spouse could shower safely and comfortably. The room itself was well equipped: the electric shades worked, outlets were conveniently placed, the beds were comfortable, and the ice machine worked. We also enjoyed the pool, and breakfast was better than at most hotels. We'll come back, even just for a getaway. Remember to use the loyalty program, it does make a difference to your stay.

Angie, the hotel manager, leads a staff that made this place stand out for me. Veronica and Angie welcomed us in the lobby, and from that point I felt we'd picked the right hotel, whether staying a night, a week, or even months. The housekeeping team had our room ready and clean, and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and easy. It's also in a great part of Utah County, with restaurants, fuel, snacks, shopping, and attractions nearby. I read reviews before choosing where to stay because service matters to me, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else when passing through the county. The team at Holiday Inn Lehi Utah makes me want to take a road trip just to visit them.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I used to work as a hotel housekeeper, and you can tell the housekeeping team really tries. The rooms were extremely clean, everything looked new and sanitary, and the blackout curtain was great. It's quiet despite being in a busy area, and the staff are nice. No complaints.

This used to be one of my favorite hotels, but it has become awful. I don't know whether management changed, but my room on this latest visit was filthy: hair everywhere, mold, dirty water marks on the bathroom ceiling, used towels under the sink, and a bad odor. The front desk staff also had an attitude and seemed to lack customer service skills. I won't be staying here again.
