We keep coming back, and each visit has been pleasant. The rooms are very clean, and you have what you need. Breakfast runs from 6 to 10. We go there every time.

I’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn several times over the past eight years, sometimes for weeks at a time. They’ve never let me down. The rooms have always been clean and orderly, and the staff are helpful and really nice. Breakfast is served hot and tastes great, with a clean serving area. The whole place is well maintained inside and out. Looking forward to coming back.

I needed a place to sleep after an early trip to the Leland area for rescue work, with a long day of waiting ahead. I had no reservation and knew I’d leave around 6 or 7 that evening, but paid for the overnight stay. At check-in, the man at the desk said I couldn’t get a receipt until checkout. When I left at 6 pm and asked again, a woman said it would be emailed after 3 am the next morning. It still hasn’t arrived. I called and got an AI assistant claiming to be the real Jolene, then customer support, where no person could help. I need that receipt for my rescue work, and now they’re trying to charge my card $20 more than the total the front desk gave me. Forget the advertised prices, you may not get them. I feel scammed and won’t stay at this deceitful place again.

We needed a few hours of rest while waiting for surgeries for our rescue patients. The drive from home to Leland and back is almost 24 hours, and we’d already made the early morning trip. On 1-14-26, the man at the desk couldn’t give us the day rate another staff member had quoted a couple of weeks earlier, so we agreed to pay about $140 for the overnight rate. He said I could only get a receipt at checkout. That night, the woman at the desk said the system couldn’t print one and I’d have to wait until after 3 AM on 1-15-26 for it to be emailed. At 8 PM, I still had nothing. The hotel phone recording claimed to be a real person, but was clearly an AI assistant; it only gave me a customer support number, which was another recording and required an itinerary number. I never got one because this wasn’t booked in advance. Nobody could help, and I feel scammed. I have no receipt, and they seem to be charging my card $20 more than the quoted price, despite being told fees and taxes were included. If you need a receipt for business or rescue work, don’t leave without it.
