Please don’t stay here, especially if you have kids. The bedding, floors, walls, and curtains were filthy. I killed a roach and now I’m worried one could be hiding in our luggage. I asked for clean sheets and got only two fitted sheets, and they had pet hair on them. Stay away!

Check the room before you pay, because the owner won’t refund you. The rooms are filthy and infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. The TV and stove don’t work, both sinks leak, and there are no trash cans. My room had no towels or washcloths, and there was no phone. The washer and dryers don’t work either. The owners know this but still let you put money into the machines. When people complain, they just shrug. Owner Sam is rude and hateful. Now, for the World Cup, he’s bragging about charging $400 a night.

My family and I planned to stay one night during a road trip, but the room was dirty all over. The floors had dirt, and the sheets and pillows were stained and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was some white, glass-looking stuff on them too. The walls were cracked, and one door looked like it had been kicked or punched. Just everything was dirty, and there was a ROACH!

I booked online and then double-checked that they’d received our reservation. They said they had no record of it, weren’t sure about online bookings, and couldn’t help, so they told us to contact the booking agent. We went in circles and decided to cancel and find somewhere else. The bad reviews, dirty-looking pictures, and iffy service added to the problem and completely put me off. It felt super sketchy.
