Quality Inn And Suites Lenexa Kansas City

We liked the small pool and hot tub, and the facility was clean and well maintained. It was quiet and uncrowded during our little February trip. Friday's breakfast was a bit shaky but got better over the weekend. It's worth paying a little extra compared with some other places.

We won't stay here again. The day person at the front desk wasn't friendly, and housekeeping left our dirty towels. To get fresh ones, we had to take them down ourselves. Breakfast was cold and tasteless, and our child said the cereal was stale and bad. The rooms had stains, the bathroom vent and heater/cooler were packed with dust and lint, and the bathroom vent didn't work at all. We left the room without any damage, but three days later, our deposit still hadn't been refunded. There's more I could say, but I don't see the point. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The front desk woman was great and helped however she could, but the room was the grossest hotel room I've ever seen. There was hair on the toilet, and the bathroom looked like it had only been given a lazy attempt at cleaning. The bed was even worse, with hair and dirt in the sheets. And the pillows looked extremely used. One had a stain I don't want to speculate about.

This was the only place in town with a working hot tub, but it's really outdated. The breakfast was dreadful. They either don't know what they're doing or don't want to try. You have to go all the way to the 1st floor to get ice and use a water fountain, and who knows how clean that is. The staff are all foreigners, so they don't really want to talk to us. One of the guys at the front desk was trying to be funny... 🙄 I should've taken more pictures. Hope this helps. 😇
