The staff were kind, and the guy at the front desk even put the game on in the lobby while we waited to meet our family. The place was clean, and we had a really good stay. I also appreciated finding makeup wipes in the bathroom, so I can leave my liquid remover at home next time, lol. I'd stay here again for sure.

The indoor pool and its room were so cold that my husband and I were shivering, and the pool was dirty too. We had planned to take our grandson swimming on the first day of our two-night stay, which was right after Valentine's Day 2026. We booked a staycation down the street from home to get a break from our adult children, and were dropped off there, so leaving wasn't an option. We'd requested an accessible room because my husband has bad knees and was wearing braces, but we were put on the third floor. The shower was walk-in, but the room curtains were torn and the phone didn't work. We didn't call for maintenance because it was only two days and we didn't want the hassle, though surely we weren't the first to report the phone. At 2:30 a.m. on the second night, the fire alarm kept going off. Since the room phone was useless, we had to look up the front desk number. I was so stressed that I had an asthma attack, and my husband's PTSD flared badly. After that we couldn't sleep, and got no rest for the remainder of the night. Only one elevator was working, so expecting him to walk down three flights in knee braces was ridiculous. We asked management to work something out, but they wouldn't listen. No one explained the alarm even when we asked directly. We felt treated like a number instead of guests, and our concerns about comfort, the room, the elevators, and the dirty, cold pool were dismissed. I don't recommend this hotel. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

The toilet was leaking brown liquid when we arrived, or maybe it hadn't been cleaned properly. We called the front desk and they moved us to another room. The elevator was dirty, and the pool was gross too. Hopefully other visitors don't run into the toilet issue. Please do better Marriot.

The pool was so filthy, with a thick film on the water, that my kids and I wouldn't get in. The room was dirty too: dead bugs on the bathroom wall, smears there, black dirt patches on the door, used tissue left by the last guest, and already filthy towels. One female employee told me they know they have a roach problem. We also saw spiders and roaches, and the room smelled like cat urine. The mini fridge wasn't cold, so we had to throw our food away. The door sat well above the floor, which felt unsafe with kids because someone could slide something underneath to unlock it. There was a lot of noise and little control, so expect little sleep. On bookings.com breakfast was advertised, but when I got there the general manager Parth Patel said it cost extra. I had booked two rooms and explained to general manager Parth Patel why I needed to cancel one. He was rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. I wasn't refunded for that room, and still had to pay a $100 hold on the unused room as well as $100 on the one I used. This was a terrible experience.

I've always had good experiences at Marriott. It would have been even better if breakfast were included for us, like it was for some of the other guests.
