The people here really made the stay. At 10 pm, our door battery died, and the manager came out to replace it and get us back into the room. Staff were kind and accommodating throughout. The beds were comfortable, there was a fridge, and we had premium HD channels like HBO. Coffee was available in the lobby, and the cooler stayed stocked with juice and yogurt around the clock. Breakfast was basic, cereal and bagels and the like, but enough for us.

We checked in after midnight without any trouble, though the desk charged $10 more than the usual online rate. After midnight, the online booking had rolled over to the next day. The room, 118 on the ground floor, had a musty, mildew-like smell. It was cool outside, so we couldn't really use the AC. Running the HVAC helped, but the odor was still there. I didn't see any bugs or bedbugs like other people had mentioned, which was good. I'd stay again if I needed to, and hopefully I will. We all know what happens in hotels. People sleep, lol.

The room was a good size and clean, with no bugs at all. The hotel has been remodeled, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone was. If I'm in the area again, we'd stay here.

We stayed one night in March 2026. It was quiet, and the room was very clean without any smoke or other smells. I mentioned one issue to the staff when checking out, and they handled it courteously and professionally. I'd definitely come back.
