Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa

The room on the fourth floor was clean and spacious, with a great view. We stayed three nights and would gladly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was very good, restaurants and the town are an easy walk away, and dogs are welcome. I’d stay here again.

The first-floor room had a lot of echo from both inside and outside. Housekeeping never checked on the room during my one-night stay, and when I returned from dinner there had been no service. I left my Yeti tumbler on the desk, called that same day to retrieve it, and was told it wasn’t there. I wouldn’t leave valuables in the room. The spa was better the last time I visited.

Parking was a nightmare, and the room looked very dated. The king bed had little square pillows, the furniture was chipped, and there wasn’t much else to like besides the size of the room. A wedding at the hotel carries through much of the building. I was unlucky enough to be directly above the dance floor, with no soundproofing and loud music late into the night. My headboard was actually vibrating.

We stopped in after spotting this gem in Lewiston, NY. The place is beautiful and the staff are great. Lisa was bartending at bar number 424 on my bucket list, and she made us feel very welcome. I’m no amateur, and I’d say stop by, you won’t be disappointed.
