What made my two weeks at the Lewisville Extended Stay America was the staff. They were consistently kind and helpful, and Alvin in particular encouraged me when I talked about the stress and anxiety I was dealing with. I arrived under difficult circumstances and was treated politely and professionally, so the human side of the stay mattered a lot to me. I needed somewhere on short notice, and a friend suggested this place. It’s a good budget option, though it’s nowhere near a five-star hotel. The room felt like a roomy dorm, with older appliances: a full-size fridge and freezer, double burner stove, tiny microwave, and a decent sink. There was plenty of storage for food and cooking things, and I picked up kitchen items at the local Goodwill. I could sometimes hear neighbors arguing, but it wasn’t worse than in any apartment. I’d recommend it to someone in a similar situation.

Brandon made my first check-in quick and easy, and the front desk was helpful. The entrance and room were clean, and the lot was well lit, free, and clear of trash and clutter. My queen room had the basics and enough room to sleep, eat, and shower comfortably. There’s a kitchenette with a full fridge, microwave, and two-burner stovetop. Towels and tissues were provided, but bring your own soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. It was quiet, and people passing by said hello and kept to themselves. Clean, peaceful, and not overpriced. Definitely recommend.

The rooms were thoughtfully laid out so I could cook, work, and rest, and mine was clean. The property felt safe, with no obvious trouble, and had a pleasant atmosphere. After several weeks here, I was impressed by how consistently well the staff and grounds were kept compared with other extended stay hotels. Valery, the manager, did all she could to accommodate me while staying within the ethical limits that upper management would accept. Ronaire, the maintenance man, also made a strong impression. I praise God for my time at Extended stay America Lewisville and appreciate the encouragement I received during my stay.

I came to town to see family and found the hotel exceptionally clean. Alvin at the front desk was friendly and professional, explained the business thoroughly, and even made the kids feel included during a fun interaction. His customer service really stood out. If you need a quality place in the DFW area, I highly recommend it. The staff are very guest friendly.

The front desk man was kind and patient, but the rest of my stay disappointed me. The lobby had a strong, unpleasant mix of smoke and other odors as soon as I walked in, and the stairwells were dirty and smelled the same. On checkout day, I saw a large bug coming out of the A/C. I was glad I was leaving, because I wouldn’t have wanted another night there. The reviews had led me to expect a four- or five-star experience, and it didn’t meet those expectations.
