Kids kept running up and down the halls and jumping around in the rooms above us, and the front desk management couldn’t get it stopped. The general manager didn’t respond to our complaints and may as well remove her business card if it’s only there for show. They didn’t resolve anything during our stay or afterward. We were told someone would call to try to sort it out, but that never happened. We’ve reached out multiple times and in different ways without getting a reply. I’m done with Hilton.

The breakfast was the highlight, easily one of the best I’ve had at a Hilton. Sharon and Gustavo gave wonderful service on a busy weekend morning, keeping things clean and well stocked. I haven’t had service like theirs at another hotel. The front desk staff were friendly too, and the hotel was clean. Definitely stay here!

We only stayed one night, but had an excellent experience and would gladly return. Everything looked extremely clean from the moment we walked in, and the place seemed nearly new. Our room was modern, comfortable, and very clean. Service was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

I stayed at Conway’s Home2Suites for a month and had a good experience. I’d stay again. The staff were helpful throughout. They gave me work receipts before checkout when I asked, and one weekend they let me know a kids’ hockey team would be on my floor and offered to move me to avoid noise. When a dryer broke, someone came to look within minutes. They couldn’t fix it, but let me use the hotel’s dryer, which was nice. The guest laundry washers are fine, though the dryers never get very hot, so I had to add time or run a second cycle every time. Breakfast was provided daily, and the women who prepared it were always friendly. I stayed in a double queen room with lots of space and a kitchenette: toaster, a few pots, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, microwave, and a good sized refrigerator. They supplied paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. There’s an outlet behind the TV for a Roku or Firestick. The bathroom had hand and body soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. Blackout curtains made the room dark at night, so bring a few nightlights. Room service came every other day starting Wednesday. Download the Hilton app before you go. I checked in there and could unlock my room door and the gym by Bluetooth. There were cameras throughout the hallways, gym, and front lobby, which seemed good for security. The gym itself was pretty decent, with plenty of dumbbells, a cable machine, kettlebells, and cardio gear. There’s a market right behind the hotel, plus lots of restaurants, more markets, Walmart, and other necessities within five minutes or less. The area felt like a tourist attraction. Check the weather before going: while I was there from Nov to Dec, it snowed several times, and winter days got dark early, with lots of rain or snow and generally very cold weather. One odd thing: after about a week, my skin got very dry and started peeling. I hadn’t changed my usual toiletries and I moisturize, so I assumed it might be the local water, though I’m not completely sure.
