Cambria Hotel North Conway

For what they charge, I’d look at the better options nearby, since some offer nicer rooms and service. Our room wasn’t clean, and the hotel allows dogs, which could be a serious problem for anyone with allergies. I also paid for breakfast, but there was no clear indication of how limited and poor it would be. The choices were basically two eggs, a waffle, or a pancake. The pancake was nearly an inch thick and almost impossible to eat. I doubt the person who made it would want to eat it either. A very disappointing hotel stay.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and would recommend it. The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed it; Katie was a very good bartender and server. The manager, whose name I think was Jennifer, was also helpful and very nice.

The indoor pool was a big hit with my two kids, and we all enjoyed the delicious breakfast. We were really impressed with Cambria North Conway. Teresa in particular helped us a lot when we ran into a problem, and we’re still grateful for how much she did to make us comfortable. We’ll absolutely return when we’re back in North Conway.

We had no other complaints, though the hotel felt too warm inside, even for January, and I wish they’d turn the temperature down a bit. It’s in a great spot in the Valley, close to everything, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Food at summit kitchen was delicious.
