We booked well ahead and I called all week to confirm, but only found out in person after driving across six states that there was no breakfast and no water. I mean actual water to wash with. The place looked bad in person too, so we didn’t stay. They offered no kind of discount. I was told, “We are at almost full occupancy we do not need to offer a discount.” This place doesn’t deserve any stars.

I’ve been staying here for the past six months and love the lake beside the building and the great view. The atmosphere is lovely, and the front desk team is always great. They help with hotel services and go beyond that too. Great service every time.

I don’t usually stay at this hotel, but Rv went above and beyond when I needed help. He was kind, polite, understanding, and gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back.
