KIERRAH made a horrible travel night turn around. I was exhausted by the time I reached the Lewisville location, and all I needed was a clean, comfortable place to sleep. She checked me in without hesitation and was professional, kind, and empathetic. She didn't make me feel awkward for showing up in the middle of the night looking like a bum. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view, and she got me settled quickly. KIERRAH, thank you for your kindness. You can tell she cares about people and her job, and she deserves recognition. I was in Dallas for work and had first booked near DFW Airport, but that room had cockroaches and broken HVAC. I spent almost an hour trying to find somewhere else, with calls going unanswered and online booking problems, and felt overwhelmed. I called La Quinta. Their customer service rep had computer trouble but still contacted the front desk for me, and luckily there was a room available at Lewisville.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable, but the walls are so thin I could hear the TV, people talking, and a baby crying next door. That was rough when I needed to sleep and get up early. The old air conditioner didn't work very well either. Breakfast was good, though my biscuit was so hard I could only eat half, even with sausage gravy. The staff were pretty helpful at check-in, probably because most of the process is online and they just hand over a key card.

The location worked well for us, near shopping and restaurants and about 18 minutes from UNT. We also liked that pets are welcome. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, with charging stations all around, and the hotel was clean. The staff were really friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

There was lots of room in this big, spacious hotel, and I had a great stay. The breakfast had plenty of good choices, including coffee and different juices, and I liked that it was served. The hotel was clean, and the staff were always nice and accommodating whenever I asked for something.

I slept really well, and the room had a nice, distinctive feel. The staff greeted me when I arrived and said goodbye when I left. My work schedule meant I couldn't try breakfast. I thought the place was fantastic and would recommend it.
