Best Western Plus Lexington Inn

Housekeeping and service really stood out. My room was cleaned every day, which seems rare post-covid. When I reported a problem with the PTAC fan blade hitting something on my way to work in the morning, there was a brand new unit waiting when I got back. The rooms were clean and fairly well maintained. I usually choose higher level hotels, but I was still impressed.

We've been here since Saturday, and it's Tuesday night now. We got sick on Sunday and have stayed in since then. The staff had been accommodating until the person working Tuesday night. We'd asked for things to be brought up before and had no issue, but tonight we were told they couldn't bring toilet paper up, even though they knew we had the flu. Make of that what you will. The rooms are nice and as expected, housekeeping has been great, and breakfast is tasty and about what you'd expect as an included meal.

Cindy was such a gem, probably the best hotel receptionist I've ever met. She was so sweet and had me smiling through the whole check-in. I'd come back just for her.

My stay was good apart from the room change. I went in to check the king room and noticed a brown smudge on the sheets. When I pulled them back, there was a bug. Maybe housekeeping couldn't control the bug, but that smudge was completely noticeable. The woman at the front desk was kind and apologetic, and switched me right away. The replacement was a smaller room with two beds, which I wasn't happy about, but I made it work.
