I like the central location, the quiet atmosphere, and the nice rooms. The kitchenette has plenty in it, plus Wi-Fi, cable TV, a reading and dining area, wardrobe, bathtub, clothes hangers with storage, a relaxing chair, and several lamps. Guests also get a complimentary pick-and-go breakfast. The one thing I'd change is the reception area. I kept smelling cigarette smoke there in the afternoons, and wish it were strictly smoke-free. I'd like to come back.

The place smells like dog urine. I brought my own pillows, but the housekeepers switched them for theirs and kept mine. The lady manager is a real piece of work.

After nearly three weeks here with pets listed and approved on our original reservation, we were abruptly told to leave because of those same pets. There had been no problems during our stay, and nobody gave us a reason. We also received no refund for the unused days. Management and the front desk were both involved, but handled it dismissively instead of explaining or finding a reasonable solution. The front desk employee was particularly condescending. If a hotel advertises that it's pet-friendly and confirms a booking with pets, guests should be able to count on that agreement. Being forced out without explanation or a refund raises serious questions about consistency and accountability.

We came back twice because they take good care of you and don’t ask for a deposit when you book through an outside website. The room was good and the price was, too. I’d use the kitchenette if I stayed longer.
