Breakfast was the part I liked best, and the place felt clean and homey. Everyone we dealt with from arrival through checkout was so friendly and easy to talk to. A few of the outlets in our room didn’t work, though.

I was driving home on I-80 and feeling sick, so I stopped for the night. The woman at the front desk was incredibly patient and kind, and talking with her helped when I was feeling so lousy. I don’t know her name, but I really appreciate how she treated me. The room was spotless too. 💖

There was a faint cattle manure smell in the room, but given the area, I can understand it. Breakfast was about what you’d expect at a Holiday Inn Express. The stay was okay.

Breakfast was nice, with pancakes, eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, yogurt, juices, and more. The staff were friendly, and check-in and checkout were easy. The hotel and room were clean, and the shower had good pressure. The beds were comfortable, though old, and the place feels dated. I’d give it five stars if the hotel and rooms were updated.

My 90 year old mom left her purse in the room, and the staff sent it back to her with nothing missing. There was an issue with the first return, but they called to find out what had happened, spoke with Mom, and resent it right away. She was so grateful for the extra care. Thank you, and great job!
