The woman who helped us was amazing and really professional. The beds have improved, though they're still a little firm and I woke up sore. I liked having a fridge and microwave, and the TV coverage was good. The room was clean and smelled very clean, too.

The walls kept out nearly all the neighbor noise, and I slept well even though the bed frames creaked. Beds were clean, soft but still on the firm side, and there was a stain that looked like mud or something. Since it's pet friendly, I figured that could happen. The room had a little one-cup coffee maker, a small fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and hair products in a shower dispenser. Hot water and water pressure were both good. The tub had a few tiny paint chips, nothing worth complaining about. No meals, but there's free ice and a vending machine, and restaurants are close by. Good stay, I'd come back.

April was the sweetest staff member I've met. She was friendly and really personable, and I'd give her 10 out of 10. We only came for one night, spontaneously, for my birthday with my boyfriend. The price was cheap and the room looked just like the online pictures. It was clean enough for us, though the shower was a bit nasty, so we skipped using it. Room service checked on us around 10:28 in the morning, knocked twice, then left, which we appreciated. The TV worked fine, the room temperature was comfortable, and we had a great cheap hotel stay.

For a cheap room, it wasn't too bad, and it was reasonably clean, though there was a dead fly on the floor and a hair in the shower. There was no lobby coffee, so I made the little pot in the room. It only made about half a cup each, and its cord was too short to reach the desk, so I had to set it on the chair.
