Regency Inn

Management was absolutely rude, and the room was crawling with cockroaches. The hot water worked, but there was no cold water, and the AC only blew room-temperature air. Someone needs to call the health department. This place is worse than most low-income housing. I'd never put my worst enemy here, and I'm not paying $95 for a $20 room again.

She was rude and disrespectful to guests, and there were all kinds of bugs. She tried remodeling by taking out old things and putting in new ones, but never called pest control to deal with the bed bugs, roaches, or the other bugs in the rooms.

Bugs were crawling across the walls and ceiling, and both the shower and sink were dirty. There was men's hair around and inside the sink. When I told the property manager, she didn't seem surprised. She just said, and I quote, “oh so your room is dirty?” Yes, ma'am, you sold me a dirty room. Then she asked for a cash deposit, too. The service was as nasty as the room. Zero stars, I won't stay here again and don't recommend it.

We were tired, not local, and a mutual friend was staying there, so we stopped. After showering and changing, I saw several bed bugs crawling by the bed at different stages of development. I have photos, but there's no need to gross everyone out. We left immediately for the laundromat to wash away our mistake of stopping at the bed bug inn on 85. I reported it to management and got yelled at. She wouldn't offer another room, though I wouldn't have taken it, accused me of lying, and refused to look at my photos. This place is a nasty dive motel, bad enough that it should be condemned.
