Residence Inn Lexington South/Hamburg Place

We've asked again because we'll be here almost a month, and staying in this room for that long would be a nightmare. We requested two bedrooms and a king bed, but got a one bedroom room with a queen. Last night's sleep was so difficult, there was no room to stretch out. Beds are supposed to let you get a good night's sleep. I hope they take the length of our stay into account and sort this out.

The suite felt like a luxury apartment, and I slept incredibly well on the crisp white sheets, comfortable mattress, and great pillows. The staff are dynamic and go way beyond what you'd expect. There’s a pool, plus a tennis court area with a basketball hoop. They’re very pet friendly, too, and if they know in advance you're bringing a pet, they'll put dog bowls and treats in the room. I spent the whole weekend there and couldn't have been more comfortable or satisfied. If you're in the area, Residence Inn is the place to stay.

The breakfast attendants are always smiling, and the housekeeping team does a great job keeping rooms spotless and looked after. They say rooms get cleaned every couple of days, but mine was cleaned every other day. Kiera at the front desk in the evening is always cheerful and goes above and beyond. The staff are accommodating, and this Marriott has really got the service right. I can't say anything negative about the place.

There are shops nearby, the room was clean, and I slept comfortably in the bed. Breakfast in the morning had lots to choose from.
