The bathroom towels were dirty and left unfolded, and there were only two towels and washcloths, with no hand towels or bath mat. I ended up scrubbing the bathroom myself and used a towel to soak up water from a toilet leak, which was still wet the next morning. There was nowhere to hang things to dry, and no hangers in the closet either. The room was filthy, with bugs on the counter and a used dental pick on the floor. The trash can was so gross I put it outside. We had booked a nonsmoking room for two people and a dog. After check-in, the staff member yelled that we couldn't have the dog. My daughter showed her the ESA paperwork, and she charged me $50 after I refused to pay $100. Then she made us move to a dog room. We'd just driven 15 hours and were ready to sleep, but the new room reeked of cigarette smoke. The comforter was disgusting, and there was hair on the sheets. When I asked for clean linens, she insisted I bring the sheets before she'd exchange them. The replacement had stains and red stuff spilled over it. I had to buy towels to take a shower. I wish I'd photographed the comforter before sending it back.
