TownePlace Suites by Marriott Kansas City Liberty

Everyone here made me feel welcome and was ready to help. Natalie found a room that worked for my needs, and Laura was always cheerful and willing to lend a hand, whatever the time. Amanda’s sweet smile was a lovely thing to see at breakfast, and Makayla stayed on top of everything, answering questions and helping make things easier with my cat. Steve was happy to take care of repairs, and the cleaning staff did a great job with the rooms. Malik was helpful with his tech skills and checked whether I needed extra cleaning midweek. I know I haven’t named everyone or mentioned everything, but I appreciate all they do. I’d recommend Towne Place suites to anyone I know.

My boyfriend spends months at a time here for work, and the staff have always made him, me, and his dog feel welcome. They’re accommodating and make the place feel like a home away from home. Makala at the front desk deserves a special thank-you. She’s always smiling and handles whatever comes up with kindness, professionalism, and ease. Amber at the bar is lovely too, so warm and friendly that every visit is enjoyable. Thanks to all the staff for the care you put into your work. It doesn’t go unnoticed. Allan and Tiffany

The staff treated our family of four with empathy and respect, and their service was consistently as good as they promised. We’d just spent 28 days in a hotel after a house fire took everything we owned, including our cats, and moved here this past week after several problems at another local hotel. Housekeeping was great, we always had fresh linens, and the place stayed clean and inviting. My kids also loved the continental breakfast. I can’t say enough good things and would recommend this hotel a million times over.

I was here for about six months and was really glad I chose this hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, plus a movie theater for rainy days and a living history park close by. Downtown Kansas City is just a short drive away. Service at the hotel was great, and I expect I’ll be back.
