The location is great, with lots of food choices within walking distance and plenty nearby. Service was friendly and the rooms were spotless. They’d freshly painted, so maybe remodeling is underway. The tub could use new paint, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. Beds were firm yet comfortable, and the pillows were comfortable too. I had no problems here, unlike what I’d read in other reviews.

The location is good, and for the price you can manage a couple of days if you’re mainly using the room to sleep. Check-in was quick, though the guy wasn’t friendly. The rooms need work, with heavy remodeling underway. The pool doesn’t work, and there was trash around, probably because there aren’t enough bins. TVs are tiny and beds are hard, though the pillows are great. There were only two pillows per bed and three towels for our family of four. The towel holder was broken, so maybe that’s why there weren’t more. It’s not what I expect from a wyndham branded hotel. Hopefully it’ll be better once the remodeling is done. Not terrible, but don’t expect much.

For $30 a night, I got a clean, safe place to sleep, and I’d stay again. The bathroom was clean and worked, there were no bugs or anything gross, and although the beds were very firm, I slept fine. It was noisy outside because the area is busy, so this probably isn’t for anyone with high expectations. But if you’re after an inexpensive weekend away, don’t let high maintenance people make you feel like you don’t deserve one.

Our room on the ground floor had no washcloths, microwave, or trash can, and the floor was soaking wet. Getting there was a mess: our first room on the third floor had no remote or towels, so they moved us downstairs. The elevator wasn’t working, and we had to carry everything back down. Then we opened the door and walked in on a couple having private time. We nearly got shot. Once he got dressed, the man came out, heard what happened, and was pretty cool about it. We had to make a third trip to the office, which was a quarter mile from our room, to get moved again.

I ended up sleeping in the car with my 5 month old because the room was so bad. I tried calling to let them know, but every call ended. The beds had pee and boogers on them, the floors were dirty, and dead bugs were all over the walls. The shower handle was broken, the towels were dirty, and the room and fridge both smelled awful. The heat barely worked and smelled like something was burning. They charged $55 and held $75 on my card for damage, which takes 3 to 5 business days to come back after checkout. I could’ve paid less for a clean hotel with nothing wrong.
