For the price I got on booking.com, I'd definitely stay again. I didn't expect much, but the room was clean and there were no bugs. I'm vigilant about checking for them because I have bed bug ptsd. The room did have a funky smell, so I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 and sprayed air freshener. The air conditioner kept the room cool; the fridge seemed iffy at first, but the drinks were plenty cold by morning. Breakfast was complimentary and good, though it could've been hotter since it was sitting in the warming trays. The area was quiet, and the location was decent, almost right behind the Golden Corral, with a couple more fast food places within walking distance and Dollywood about 15 min away.

I've had great stays every time I've come here, and it's where I stay most often when I'm in town. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms and grounds are clean, and parking is ample. Prices are very reasonable, and the location is great. The building is old and a bit dated, but they do a good job keeping it well maintained and clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was the most comprehensive and well-stocked of the many motels we stayed at on our trip across the country. We had a great location for our needs, clean rooms, comfy beds, and a great shower. The room smelled musty when we arrived and still hadn't really cleared after 2 nights, so I couldn't give the room 5 stars. Even so, I'd 100% stay here again.

It was very clean and nice for what it is, and being super close to Dollywood was convenient. There are good food places nearby, including a really good funnel cake spot across the road. It's hard to spot from the main road: it's behind the Dq, not the Arby's. I'd recommend it and come back next time. Thank you.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was generous. Our room was in good shape for the price, and the beds were comfortable enough that we slept without any trouble. It’s close to the main road but stayed fairly quiet. We had a great visit, thanks.
